Delivery is normally the next day once we mark the item sent, overseas deliveries will take longer. We can change the delivery address to a neighbour if required. All items need to be signed for we can ask the courier to leave in a safe place but this voids the insurance. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required.Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery.On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
